The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling all customer contact regarding the billing and payment receipt process. Responsibilities: • Perform cashier duties as assigned • Initiate contact with customers as assigned • Initiate service orders and route accordingly • Take care of water heater information • Process mail – UPS & USPS • Route calls to District personnel
