Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
2. Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
3. Conducting screening and assessing candidates' skills and qualifications
4. Collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and understand job requirements.
5. Develop Job Descriptions and maintain database. Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
6. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and external recruitment partners
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
8. Keeping updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
3. Knowledge of various recruitment strategies and techniques
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
5. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills
7. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
8. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
