In this Case Manager role, you will be an integral part of the Operational Team, responsible for advising, monitoring, and tracking job seeker participation. This position counsels and assists participants with job search strategies, personal career advisement, training needs and help job seekers identify and work to reduce barriers to securing employment. Maintain accurate and complete records, ensure smooth transition of cases across services and programs, responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with job seekers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly. Critique resumes, maintain an understanding of a vast array of occupations/careers for effective placement of job seekers, and ensure highest quality, individualized services are delivered.
