I have lived in Columbus for 23 years and am proud to call it home. I am a parent to three adult children and a grandparent to three wonderful grandchildren. As a member of FUMC, I am committed to giving back and helping others move forward in their lives. I am also actively involved in my community as a current board member of several organizations, dedicated to making a positive impact.

Dallas Thelen, along with his wife Denise, owns the Century 21 Realty Team franchise. Dallas has advised private and public companies and individual clients on financing across the capital structure. He previously served as an Account Manager in Franchise Finance, working with First Franchise Capital, and was a Senior Analyst with TD Ameritrade. He holds a degree in Television/Radio Broadcasting and previously worked for KNXV-TV and MTV/VH1 Productions. Dallas serves on local boards and volunteered over 17 years as a firefighter with the Duncan Rural Volunteer Fire Department. He is a member of the Columbus Board of REALTORS®, Nebraska Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®. A Multi-Million Dollar Producer since 2013 and past President (2021) of the Columbus Board of REALTORS®, he holds ABR® and PSA certifications.

Bob Hausmann is the Director of the CCC Foundation for the Columbus campus. Prior to 2025, the Foundation, based in Hastings, Nebraska, did not have a representative dedicated to the Columbus campus and community. With his office located on the Columbus campus, Bob serves CCC and the community on a daily basis. He works with students, alumni, donors, and community partners who believe in improving lives through education and recognize Central Community College as a vital asset to Columbus.

Bob has deep roots in the community, having grown up in Columbus and worked for 25 years with Columbus Public Schools. He and his wife, Teresa, raised their three children in Columbus, and Bob remains committed to serving the community he calls home.
